For homeowners who desire a little more, Flat Rate MLS For Less, Inc. will provide full service real estate listings that include listing your home on the Local MLS and Realtor.com® with up to six pictures at no additional charge, contract negotiations, property showings, open houses, and help scheduling appointments for inspections and walkthroughs. 3.5% commission is split between listing agent (1.5%) and buyer’s agent (2%).
